  • Modified Reverse Fist Roll

    The reverse roll on a 4x6 is hard, so I accidentally developed a cool new method for getting some speed. I drop my elbows and use a back and forth motion with my wrists without the need to make circles with the whole forearm. It really burns the forearms though, check it out...

    Interesting variation. Can't say that I've ever done it that way, but obviously it works. Perhaps we'll call that
    the BM limp wrist variation. ??
