Its been awhile since I've posted anything. Here's a quick video I took last week after a 1 hour Crossfit Class. I'm still working on everything including several elbow combo's..
No matter what workout I've done, or how tired I am, I cant stay away from the speedbag. Its an addiction..

Awesome speed and very nice Reversing fists direction on the Front Fist Roll. That takes control. You're really progressing!

Thanks for all the comments. Really makes me feel good about where I'm at.. You guys are awesome. I really want to go to a speedbag event. Is there a Speed B.A.G. IV planned? If so, I may be in there area around the time as past events (July). My son will be at Boy Scout National Jamboree in Virginia at that time..
Well thanks again, and I have another video, that I'll try to post tonight. If i remember correct I do the Reverse, Reverse fist roll in it..
Currently working on the elbows.. You guys are my inspiration. I may not post much but I read everything.. Steph
