Right on! Proof positive that you can do more than one activity while speed bagging! Treadmill and bagging, Skating and bagging. What next, bagging and skipping rope?

She's looking good MD. Nice rhythm. Hey! Wouldn't it be cool if eventually she could do a tight circle on her skates while doing a continuous fist roll around the bag? Tricky, but with a little practice...who knows?

I've always thought Gravity Boot Baggin' would be a challenge. Hanging down to where your head and shoulders are below the board level and try to hit the bag hanging upside down. It could also work on a vertical bag, hanging down upside down to a bag hanging on the wall.

Baggin' & ropin'? Only if the rope is on autopilot. Ross Enamait might pull it off!! However, if you get a group of three ,you could doubledutch bag? We'll see where Lexi takes this. She was embarrassed when I started recording.

Alan when it comes to baggin' innovations, I wouldn't be surprised if someone like Gus Keller hasn't already done it!
