Enjoyhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b5thK-6JRl4 this is mostly just for entertainment but feel free to comment on all the mistakes LOL ohhh and graphiite was wonderfull thanks who ever brought that up
We need to spread the word about graphite. It's really great stuff, especially for our use.
I've always used it on stuff that I want to stay slick without attracting any dust. I'm glad you liked my suggestion on the graphite.
Looks good Ninja420. I noticed you seem to be dropping your elbows and hands a lot, which doesn't seem to be affecting your ability now with the larger bag which looks like an 8x11. If you move to a smaller bag, it will make a difference.
Not that I'm criticizing mind you. I have that problem too, particularly in boxing class but my boxing coach reminds me with a quick hard slap to the side of my head with the target mitts. It makes it easier for me to remember when he does that. That reminds me of my Basic Training Drill Sergeant who used to say he could teach a man to do anything if he gives him enough pain, and he didn't hesitate to use his theory. : D
You are looking a bit smoother now, which indicates you are practicing. Chris M is correct, you drop your hands a bit, and I think that is because your whole swing motion appears to a bit more shoulder driven than from the elbows. But that's ok, you are making good contact and learning the rhythm and timing. The technique can be cleaned up along the way. I seem to be hearing the swivel squeeking, so if the graphite was supposed to stop that, it is not.
