Roger M. Anthony uses Crocoball™, (speed bag) in his talks on human performance.

The behind the head "ducking" fist roll was first described in a book circa 1903. It looks like the "Deano" style of punching with hooks from side of bag is endemic to Australia. Must be the Foster's.

Hitting the side of the bag with the back of the hand clearly adds an interesting variety to punching.

and don't you love a guy in tie hitting the bag. Using it as a "show and tell" example of human performance is very honorable, in my opinion. Thanks Roger.
