OK, now I see the "no rebound" combo. A Continuous Side Single Punching (SSP) the bag between the fists only. I guess you could also do that Front to Back; Front Straight Punch (FSP) to Reverse Single Punch (RSP).

Love to watch that Flam Bam crazy hands Fist Rolling, G-Town. I think that combo calms you down and makes you more subdued. Almost mellow...

Caught Juxt comment about the U-Bolt swivel. HA! Actually you guys handled it pretty well, especially front to back. It's the side angles that really expose the problems with it.

Looks like "Big Red" is an Everlast 4210 (11x8). Is that right?
