      Johnny is cool. I like how he goes wild on a speed bag.
      I want to be doing that stuff when i'm his age.


      I'm guessing that Johnny was one of the first to do that spin move at 0:25, 0:50 and at the exit of the video. And still doing it as well as anyone.

        showtime has a cool punching style. his speed bag videos are always inspiring. good musician too, listen to him play the mellow tune "sleepwalk". i hope to meet him one year at speedB.A.G.

        first that i ever seen doing the spin move. but i dont think the first

        william duncan explains the spin move in his 1904 book.
        plus this guy in 1903

            Too bad the video isn't clear. I've come to believe we aren't inventing anything really new on the bag, just "rediscovering" what may have been done long ago but long forgotten.
