      Thank You Alan.

With these traps and spins i have made it sort of a personal challenge to try to come up with as many different types, and variations as i can, but i only keep the ones that i believe look cool, and have a smooth flow to them. The one that i was trying last night feels a little unnatural at this point, and i haven't shot any video footage of it yet so i don't even know if it looks cool enough to continue to practice it.

I've just been calling it a Reverse Spin. Normally when a spin is done, a person is making contact with the bag as the hand is moving away from your body, and making contact with the bag as it's moving towards you. This Reverse Spin is of course the opposite. The bag is moving away from you at the time you make contact with it, with your hand moving towards your body as you touch the bag. This can be done without too much of a problem using two rebounds before spinning the bag, but you can imagine how awkward it is to spin the bag after only a single rebound. I really have to practice this move more, and video it so i can see how this looks. Sometimes you just can't tell until you see in on Video.

Thanks again Alan for checking out the Video, and leaving a comment.
