nice bagging. I was allready into the speed bag also around that age, but couldnt do as many varations like linking and double punching. i see he's rocking the signiture gloves too

sorry to hear about your husbands condition. i know how stressful those kind of situations are. i wish you guys the best. hopefully everything will be back to normal soon.

The good news is that James' operation went well, he is already back home and getting plenty of TLC (hope that's not too british?
). Gonna take a while to heal up but he'll get there.

Tom is 8 years old and I made him wear the mitts, cos he made one of his knuckles bleed! I felt awful!
