Lookin' pretty good to me, MD. It's hard to find the most comfortable swing for the I-DES, for the elbow can come into the bag either straight across the body or at a slightly downward angle. Problem is I've seen some excellent I-DES combo's by people here using both punching motions.Originally posted by metaldad View Post
I noticed your double bumping those downward elbows also. Very nice, and your Side Double Punches look much better.

What's the problem with the Side Double Punch (SDP)? Technique Set up? Contact? Timing? How to use in Combinations?Originally posted by jumpcannon View Posti say damn the side double punches.....i think those are a BEEYATCH to learn!

Thanks brother! I've been watching the Speed Bag Mike video. Talk about making the bag a blur! HOLY S@#$! Something else to aspire to.Originally posted by hammer6384 View PostAll looked great to me Bro. I really liked tha fist rolls at about 3:15 or so. That bag damn near was transparent. Great vid.
Thank you Alan. I'm really working on having my skills inline come June! I keep practicing those elbow strikes regularly now. Still working on which way is better to strikw the bag. I'm sure I'll hit my comfort zone(pun intended) soon. Looking forward to more critique and intstruction.......and that rack of ribs lol!Originally posted by Speedbag View PostLookin' pretty good to me, MD.
