I like the way you start out slow, then suddenly explode. And how you keep it interesting all the way through.

What's that building, where are you bagging?

Thanks All! Really appreciate the positive feedback!
@aad03 I'm using the best swivel out there,The Powermill! and thats an Everlast elite 9x6 bag.
@Paranday I'm a personal trainer at the gym I work at and I was able to put up a set up and began giving lessons to people. Still a little too cold round here to use the one at home.

Have many of your clients developed an interest in the speed bag yet? Have you created any addicts? Has the personal trainer community in general "discovered" the speed bag?

Am wondering when the speed bag will go viral.

Beautiful techniques, arm positions are rock solid with no wasted motions, Great mix of combinations and bag control. Loved the shadow punch near the end of the top video (:41) and the sneaky Inward Elbow (:27) in the second one. Mastery at work. You've made great progress!

@Paranday Yes! I have had a few clients really begin to love the speed bag and incorporate it into their workout routines. As well as individuals approach me just to learn. However, I have noticed that most shy away from wanting to learn because of speed bags close association with boxing and not just the physical (and mental) benefits of using the speed bag. I'm trying though!!
