            I hope you don't mind if I embed your video in this thread. Very nice video of your skills. You do a great job of keeping your elbows up, too – which, in my opinion, is key to properly executing the punches. Nice elbow move at the end, too. More videos, please!

                        Nice double split fist move at :22 or :23 seconds, ( Split hands change sides and continue in Double Bounce rhythm)
