seems like you have good control of the bag. people always want to go fast in the beginning, but they dont understand that they must have control first before you can gain speed. nice job.

new speed bag video
sounded pretty even and smooth. I detected a few mishits during linking (passing fists front to back), but hard to see which punch was a little off, since the sound and slightly off from the video.
sounded like a few really nice short fist rolls and pass throughs. Very good for a beginner.Leave a comment:
