Hey so im new to speed baggin and new to this forum and wanted to post a video of what I can do and what you can expect of me.
as you can see i ahve a very cheep set up and would like any addvice on a new bag or on a new swivel. last but not least even though i use hand wraps my hands still hurt... is this because of my bag, because my hands are soft, or what??? if you have any answers they would be appreciated!
( I have a chain link swivel and an everlast bag, they came with the board as a package)

Hi AsianBagger and welcome to forum. That is a pretty basic wall unit set up and with that bag I am not surprised if your hands hurt a bit, especially if you are new to speed bagging. Those bags are pretty hard, especially if inflated almost to max, and I also suspect you are hitting with a "loose fist" where the fingers aren't tight - so they can bang together bruising your fingers. I also know that board/bag set up has very little "pop" to it (kinda dead) and your probably hitting a bit harder to get some speed, and your hands (loosely held) are taking a pounding. Best advice I can offer is, keep wrapping your hands, and go easy to let them adapt to the thousands of contacts made over a week or so of punching. Don't worry about hitting "fast and hard", just hit easy with control. The speed bag is all about control really, and as your control gets better your speed will come.
