    some elbow strike practice

Ok, it IS a bit goofy but I thought I should post something as I haven't for a while

Thanks to metaldad, Tim and Alan for helpful videos and comments recently which hopefully will keep me on the right track with these techniques. I thought if I posted something now, hopefully I can look back in a couple of months and be astounded at the progress I will have made!!

PS. Lonsdale Authentic peanut bag is super nice!

If that is just the beginning, it may not take a couple of months . It looked like you were well underway.

      double bumpin' mitts

Wow! You really got those double bump elbows down! Great work. Those four ways are tricky aren't they? Keep the videos coming. You're looking great!

Very controlled, Mrs. Mitts. Loved the double elbow bump into the 4-way elbow. Nicely done.

As Crapshoot stated, you're well on your way to perfecting those double-elbow shots! You have great control, Mrs Mitts! I'm still trying to do a double-bump strike... it's a slow-go for me...
That Lonsdale bag looks like a nice one to punch on!

Cheers everyone, I appreciate all your comments and feedback.
I have to say that putting in the extra elbow bump is quite a bit easier than getting the last elbow contact right. All good fun though, the learning process.

I'm enjoying using this Lonsdale ball a lot. Not a big fan of Sugar Rays any more so got this from Boxfit. Have done a little review if you want to see more of the peanut in action!
