Great video with excellent control. I didn't see any problems that you could readily blame on the swivel. I bet you make an easy transition. Once you have a bit of bag experience you will normally adapt to any style swivel in about one minute or less of your punching routine.

Well i struggled when I switched to a ball hook swivel. I even removed it and stayed with the u bolt for a bit longer. No looking back though!

Good job Fingers! Doesn't look like any problems adjusting to me!
Any swivel will do when baggin' is the name of the game!
I think the ballhook is a bit of a different feel from a U bolt or chain, but the concept still remains the same; keep punching straight and even!
