What can I say? All you guys are amazing!!

Thanks so much for all the encouraging posts and comments.... seriously I'm blown away. Got so much more I want to work on, on this forum I've got all the resources and encouragement I could wish for.

Alan - the Speedbag Bible arrived, OK, I opened it and first of all I thought I got an algebra text book or something but I've calmed down now, it's making a lot of sense and I know where to find video clips if I need them.

Does Mr Mitts bag?
No... I mean "there's nothing much to it is there?" Looks easy peasy to do. Mr Mitts did finally have a go recently. A few punches... then a few more angry punches..., "not as easy as it looks is it?"
What I love is that the more angry you get with the speedbag, the more stupid it makes you look.

Alan teaches you a strange new writing system in his book, and it's a great thing for practicing away from the bag as he recommends.

If I'm ever busted for bagging under the influence, I'm bringing Alan's bible to court to take the oath, haha.

...Yes, written speed bag combinations can look a lot like algebra, and now you know why I married a math teacher. I can't add fractions, let alone do algebra.
