Just a quick clip of my pro-mex 5X8 and homemade setup. This is my first video that I took a few months back. Any suggestions, fire away. Thanks

I still don't have a 8"x5" that I really like.

Thanks guys. I have been speed bagging for a year now. The platform and mount are custom made. I had the mount punched on a CNC Turret punch and formed on CNC Brake Press. The platform is 2 inches thick that I cut out of an old table I picked up from a neighbor. I recently took the homemade wood "I" beam that was acting as a stabilizer off. The wife wasn't happy with the vibration transfer to the living room floor. I took everyone's suggestion on putting a bag on top. I filled a lined gym bag with 45 pounds of sand. Works like a dream and no more complaints from the war department As far as the promex 5X8 goes... It is my bag of choice. I tried the Title 5X8 but it didn't rebound as well as the promex. I have a Title 7X10 in the garage that I hit too. Cheap $10 bag. It works as well but seems a bit out of round. My experience with Title bags hasn't been all that great. If I were to buy another one, I would go with the promex. Not to knock Title, just haven't been pleased with them. I see a lot of baggers are using them. I will try to get some more vids up soon.

Nice work. I don't see anything to fix or work on. Position, timing, rhythm, force - all dead on. Nice skills. Time to work in some Front Double Punches and Elbows.Speed Bag
