    Homemade Ball hook swivel

At last, something I started over 12 months ago but, wasn't happy with the housing. Then I purchased the Everlast set-up which came with a chain link swivel. The body was perfect.

Ball= Top wishbone ball joint. Aston Martin Vanquish. Cut out of wishbone and removed stud. Drilled and cut a thread to take the 'S' hook. Why spend money?

'S' Hook= removed from my existing plastic ball hook.

Body= removed chain link and bearing. With a conned hole cutter, I opened up the hole to allow the ball to drop through a little more. Then polished up for a smooth finish.

For lubrication, I'm using a spray form of Teflon Grease.

Wow, that's gotta be the nicest customized swivel yet. How much would it cost to mass produce that

              HAHAHAHAH!
              That is good Roc!!

I mean, everyone here would agree that having a ball of theirs drop through, or even just into an open hole, is definitely a bonus!

I believe the Watkins (or Atkins) Boxing Gear all metal swivel may sell the ball as a single unit. Check out the links on SpeedbagCentral.com suppliers/manufacturers.

Awesome looking swivel. just so you know, you should not judge swivels by the size of their balls. It's not how low they hang through the hole, but how they move when needed.
