I'm with the Baggist. I had to watch it several times to make sure it was real. I've rarely seen anyone do a Front Straight Punch (FSP) "over and under" an Outward Elbow. The so called "shadow" punch is a FSP under an Outward Elbow, but you are smokin' them under AND over the outward elbow. Amazing control of inward elbows also. Actually, I've rarely been as speechless after a speed bag display as this one. Very few times in my speed bag experience have I had to think "...what did he just do? - but this is one of them.

I'd love to see and hear this without the music overlay.

Simply unreal.
