Finaly got my 11 year old son up the gym today, so here is a quick clip of him on the 5x8 rival bag.

    Here's the embedded video:

Great job by your son. He's keeping his arms and elbow up. The only thing I would suggest is to lower the platform so the bag is in proper postion for hitting. Otherwise, he's looking really good.

Great vid Goju!! He's demonstrating some nice skills for not hitting regularly, his reverse punching for instance. Keep him motivated and he's truly gonna rock!! Love the avatar by the way.

I agree with BIFF. Other than the bag being a bit high he is hitting beautifully. Nice position, arms up and consistent speed and rhythm. Another future bag master at work....

Hey GOJU, If I remember correctly you have not even been bagging 2 months yet, and your son probably less (being busy with video games, school and the ladies and all) I fully agree with Biff, Alan,Vini and Metaldad, he shows amazing control and form. I think you and your son have the "speed bag gene" encoded in your DNA!!!!

goju, you must be proud. Excellent work. It's great to see young people getting into bagging to keep it alive for years to come.

11 years old and baggin'. That in itself is wizard! Not to mention, his form is great and the reverse punches were real smooth! He is going to be ridiculous when he is 12-13 if he keeps with it!
                          BAG ON!
