My wife always wondered how you got that "blue light" effect on your avatar, now I see that it's the light ciming in from the door. Looking good on the speed bag. You use a cell phone to record the vid?

Hey MD!! thanks for the kind comments! yes i recorded them on my mobile hence the poor quality, my son has just given me his old digital camera with a video setting so any future clips should be better quality and the sound should be more reliable

Thanks Baggist! i am slowly working through the speedbag bible! i have up until now used the speed bag as part of my workouts now i have found i like it on its own merits and that is down to you guys on this great forum!! i just hope you can teach an old dog new tricks!
