    Yeah.....you got it going on brother!!!! I s that your tv with the lava lamp effect in the background? I noticed that when you were baggin' to "Manic Depression" also. Cool effect

            Nice work, since I seen others in past few week been busting out the mauy thai spinning elbows on the bag, I had to learn that combo, although I have to slow the speed bag down greatly from most everything else I throwing at it prior to tossing in the combo of elbows due to the slowness of the spinning of my body. Its seems its mostly footwork then the elbows landing for me at least. Soon as the foot work was in right step the combo fell in place. Not sure about others.

              THANKS for all the kind words fellas! Yeah I think your right Geronimo.....that move totally starts with the footwork and everything else follows. Until I figured that out my face almost met the wall a couple of times
              Hey METALDAD thats an old LCD projector.....Its great for watching boxing and MMA matches, like a front row seat!!!!
