Awesome platform!!! It must sound really cool with the heritage rebounding off of it.

Gracias, It sounds awesome and doesn’t budge a bit. I will throw a video up later with some different bags.

Added something to the platform before I left. My dad is a big Tolkien fan.

Cool video, interesting to see how different bags compare with their bounce patterns...that drum is SOLID, no movement at all!

Great work all around. Also I have managed to hurt myself ALOT while learning to bag ha. I have hit the platform doing downward elbow. I have busted my own lip working reverse punches hitting myself in the face too ha! Hitting myself with the bag happens less now that I train with a 5 x 8, but no doubt I know it will happen some more. I begin to feel like Edward Norton in that scene of fight club where he kicks the crap out of himself!

If you punch long enough and hard enough it will happen to almost everyone. I've learned to duck down a bit for Downward Elbows if the board is low (just barely over my head). I have knocked glasses off my face a bunch of times with the Downward Triple. Smacked my self in the chin and chest a bunch of times when working Reverse Single Punches to fast music.
