Since most of us have stay-at-home orders, and the rest of you should be doing that too, lets start posting some damn video. I mean, what else do you have to do right now. Here is one with a pattern I like to call "Captain Trips". Lets see some more. 4Vetu4HKc-4
Niiiiice!!! I especially enjoy the rhythm you start at the :49 second mark, I've been playing with that recently. I call it "Hammer Fists", and then a few seconds later you do the wrist move that I also use in this move, I call it "Goose Necks"...I enter and exit this combo from the Front Fist Roll ("F-Roll"), and alternate between the Hammer Fist & Goose Necks in the middle rhythms. I find that it's easier for me to go F-Roll ->Goose Necks -> Hammer Fists -> Goose Necks -> F-Rolll -> (Exit)...when I'm facing the bag and doing the F-Roll, I notice that the bag travels to-and-fro along the same vertical plane, when I switch to Goose Necks I notice that the bag begins to bounce in about a 10-degree off center (each side) from that center line, and Hammer Fists about 20 degrees. So because of that observation (of the way that I hit them, you may be able to keep them all on the same vertical plane?), that's how I came to prefer the sequence of F-Roll -> Goose -> Hammer -> Goose -> F-Roll/ExitLast edited by JoMan; 04-10-2020, 12:58 AM.
