Welcome SMI. Cocoa is a cool place. When the shuttle was active I would stay there as a staging area for when the missions were scrubbed. Much better surf than this coast. Enjoy the forum, it is full of great people and good advice.

Hello I am new here. Looks like a great forum.

              Hello all,
If I may introduce myself. My name is Mike Gallichio I live in Chicago / Glen Ellyn,IL. I am new here and this looks like a great forum. Years ago I did hit the speed bag but never was very good at it. Now at age 60 I am getting back into it. I have been a drummer for 50 years and think this should help my hitting the bag. I looked on U tube and was amazed at the wonderful things people are doing with the bag. I purchased the book - Speed Bag Bible and the DVD. I also picked up some used equipment. I just purchased the Art Of The Bag DVD and I am looking forward to learning more from it and learning from this forum. I am doing this for fun and exercise.

              Thank you
              Mike Gallichio
