I remember getting an email from some guy named "Tim" about his new speed bag forum and if I would help review speed bag video's posted by members.

hehe, that first month the forum was in existence was pretty lonely. I think the doors opened for business on Jan 10th 2006. Having it linked form Speedbagcentral.com ensured it took off like a rocket though.

It's been a blast, and will be for many more years

Well, you're idea was right: Build it, they will come. One house for all speed baggers, making friends, joining bags, meeting brothers and sisters, sharing equipment, and helping each other. I've been a member of over 50 internet forums, and have yet to see any other as functional and respectful as this one.
