Don't let anything stop you from punching!
Way to go, Rogene! Wow! Nice work with the linking, downward elbow strikes, double taps on the bag – from the front AND the back side!
It's funny, I've had to do the same thing these past few days. I have a cut that is on the knuckle on the side of my right ring finger. Every time I try to punch, the finger gets bumped by the other finger. OUCH.
Keep up the great workouts. Bag on!sigpic Contact me anytime for information about Deville Swivels Email: DevilleSwivels@gmail.com

Only had one arm spare so it was back to the one arm challenge - for something to do and to find something new.
One arm 3punch-monty (FSP)'(SSP)'RSP)
And figured out how to do these spins.
I was thinking these spin things would be a good way to pause the bag when the music I am drumming to has one of those long pauses in the beat?

Nice work.
You can always change it to the other (left) hand by double punching on the change.
