Usually the second week in July. The week AFTER the week of July 4th.

It's not really organized the last few years....it just happens.

Well if it’s the 15th, I’m good so far.

I can make the drive the 15th.
I’m hopeful. Just had a speedbag lesson last week
With Thomas Pignone at the Mountain View studios
In Woodstock NY. It was great. I’d love to see and learn more.

I here that Alan (The King) and Matt (Ataraxas) made reservations at The Best Western for SB9 which tells me bags will be inflated and a party gonna break out! The Real Gymm is doing a 1st Annual Powerlifting contest on the 14th it's on Instagram. #FunSaturday #Bagging #Lifting

I did make Reservations 13-14 Nancy took (good) care of me and of course with a "Roasting" which I deserved. She's the best. See you Friday afternoon, Speedy T, Juxt should make a appearance also. Brandon will be there with Adam too! Load the coolers (yes) time to inflate the bags!

I am gonna bring some free Everlast plastic swivel bases and balls, in case anyone wants them. Also gonna look around for other goodies to sell, trade, or give away. So much junk here...
