I have just started using a speed bag at the gym I go to roughly a month ago and I'm hooked. A buddy of mine is a golden glove boxer yet he's rarely around to help cont to build on my technique. I was looking for a good book or DVD that might break done the different patterns that Alan makes look so effortless. I just purchased the model 400 prime fighter unit which Randy and Lori are great to do business with, I was hoping that the speed bag bible covered all of this???? also does anyone have any feedback on a heavy bag on this unit .......Thanks

Great choice on the platform... there is a model 400 in my future... I can see it.

The Speed Bag Bible book and DVD(s) are a gold mine of information on speed bag technique. These are the definitive reference. The book and 2 hr dvd will get you started. The add'l 4 dvd series is many add'l hours of instruction that build upon what is in the 2 hr dvd.
