It made my life much easier after i purchased and installed this software on my pc .It allows me to go slow motion on hard and fast combination vids. watch everything slowly. No more watch and scratch my head for hours.Straight to the garage now.

...and that is exactly why I created the method to write speed bag combinations, ....so you wouldn't need to watch something over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over... again trying to figure out what is happening. and You still have to watch that over and over to remember what she did.

Imagine trying to learn a complicated violin or piano solo by watching what the musician does, instead of reading the sheet music. Yes, it is difficult to learn to read music and learn what those notes on paper mean on the instrument. But without it we would never hear the music of Bach or Beethovan.

what you say it is true.It is just that i have nobody around to train with or to teach me what i don't know.I have the speed bag bible dvd and book plus there is a lot of you tube out there, but sometimes you get stuck with one move for days.so that is when that comes in.
Wish there was more speed baggers around here but unfortunately there is none.I am a lonely speedbagg er
