speed bag longevity

What can I apply to ensure the longevity of my speed bags? Is there a recommended product?

Hot Glove cream conditioner. Any sporting goods store should carry it. Meant for baseball gloves.

[Speedbag]

I use (Fiebings Mink Oil Paste) If I feel the bags are starting to dry out, I rub the paste into the bag. I pretty much use it alot just to make sure the leather doesn't dry out.

I used Mink Oil for years also. Loved that stuff.
