    Transition to front fist roll?

Does anyone have any tips about how to move from the basic rhythm to the FFR and back to the basic rhythm?

P.S. I ordered my iBox, so within a week or so I'll post up some videos (can't have cameras in the gym I usually hit at).

Sure. The Front Fist Roll (F-Roll) position is the same as the "Front Circle Punch" (FCP) so you can start The roll on that punch in the basic rhyhtm.

If you are right handed, do this. After the Front Straight Punch, you can return the right fist to the bag in the FCP position, and start the roll on that fist. If you count your fist rolling punches, you will notice the right fist hits on the "odd" number (1,3,5,7,9...). You can also exit the roll on the fist by stopping on any odd number.

Actually, anytime you hit the bag in a FCP position, you can start the F-Roll.

    hope that helps.
