Speed bag choices?

I just ordered the title classic gold 8x5, but was thinking of canceling that and ordering the atomic XS instead. I just want to train for speed and endurance for now. Does sound like a good ideas or should I just stay with the title gold 8x5 ? Thanks.

I have both bags and like the gold 8x5 better than the Atomic. For me the Atomic is just too light and small.

The Atomic is very light, harder to keep going as delivered. I think Ralph would recommend a bladder transplant to bring that bag up to speed, haven't tried it myself, maybe he can comment. Title has some replacement bladders that are very good.

the atomic xs with title bladder is fast in my opinion even faster than the atomic xxs
but its a very light bag and hard to controll at first

Can some tell if this is the XS or xxs title atomic platinum speedbag from the picture? It says XS, but I cant help but feel like it's the xxs for some reason. I believe the G&S bag is 6x9, but not really sure, I bought it years ago, and it's the only bag I ever used to compare to. Anybody?, please, thank you.
