First of all welcome to the forum. This is great place to learn. You are already starting out with great swivel. Find a few decent bags of some various sizes to start with and a sturdy platform. Poor quality ones will hinder your progress. Start slow with the basics and the rest will follow. As has been stated by Alan many times, think of it as a "control bag" and you will avoid trying to go too fast too soon.

Hello, welcome. What to get? It's relative to what kind of budget you are working with.
Don't buy your speed bag from the same place you buy your tackle box.

Welcome to the forum! I'd say start slow....the speed comes naturally with practice.
