swivels compatible with TITLE retail speed bag stand?

Hi all,

First I would introduce myself -- been boxing on and off , but "on" a lot in the last several months and trying to get good with a speed bag!

I am wondering about getting a better swivel. I have the "TITLE Heavy Bag & Speed Bag Stand" purchased on Amazon,

It came with a "decent" swivel but it's nearly impossible to change out bags due to the weird 'pin' design and I would like to upgrade.

The Title site swivel section has 9 swivels,

I already purchased the "TITLE Boxing Deluxe Pro Swivel" and it did NOT fit (the screw holes were further apart). Anyone know of another swivel that would fit the stand I already have?? Many thanks for any help you can give me...

Hey Bellemastiff,

Probably not gonna find another swiv that fits perfectly but you can always just drill new holes in your platform. That's what I've had to do because I use different swivs for different hitting.
I think you made a good purchase with the Title Pro Swiv. Its ball bearing design makes it fast and there is little wear on the fastest moving part of my Title swivel. You could always just add another platform. Most ballhooks don't allow a Title or Fighting sports bag to sit properly on the hook so keep that in mind when you move up to them. Keep on Baggin!!

so there's just no possible other option that might fit in these holes? even among the TITLE brand options?

Sorry I wasn't too thorough with my answer. I am not sure of all makes of swivels but most don't line up with each other. Here is another tip. The holes don't line up all the way when I put my U-bolt up and it only hits three of the holes. This is enough to hold the swivel to the board even when I'm slamming on the Speed Demon. Hope this helps.
