    reverse punching Q

Been at this for a few months... just starting to incorporate reverse punches (hitting the bag towards me instead of away from me).

I notice that when I string together multiple reverse punches, I'm not able to hit the bag as hard or as fast as when I'm hitting it normally (forward). Is this just how it goes, or with enough practice, will my muscles let me hit it with the same force in either direction?

Basically, yes. In time you will find the correct angle and contact point behind the bag and be able to his it consistently over and over. With that you will gain confidence, control and speed from behind the bag.
