Finally some forward movement on the front fist roll. What I found was my left hand was weak and not striking. What seemed like a long to me was over in less than a week. It is a very cool addition..now to transition. Thank you all.

Glad you're moving forward!
Sometimes using a bigger bag (lightweight too) to slowly get the feel of a new combo helps. I remember using one of my big red/brown Everlast 4214s (~9*11 and relatively light and inexpensive) as a learning tool for a day or two here and there, and it was my best friend - 'cause it helped - a lot. The next time, another day, the initial "muscle memory" was there for the smaller bags. That's what's so great about the bag. All you have to do is try, and the skill is programmed.
Videoing yourself hit and watching in slow motion helps identify weaknesses - like you found.
Looking forward to some vids.Last edited by PunchDrummer; 04-20-2013, 03:36 PM.
