I don't think so. The swivel in the picture above has a straight full housing to the ball. The swivel on your amber link has a angled housing, starting wide at the top and narrow at the ball.

By the way, if you are going to put a patch on a bag, amber does it right, placing it above the belly out of the hitting area.

Looking at this pic again, it's an Everlast bag, the likely hood of the platform and swivel being Everlast is pretty good. Perhaps this is one of the platform sets? Frankly I haven't paid much attention to these since the buyout.

I've seen one swivel like that for sale somewhere on the net last year. I remember the odd looking housing. I think it was a foreign (European) site, but can't find any bookmark to it.

I saw the earlier myself, but I don't think its that one. In the "mystery swivel" notice the bottom of the housing thick and almost squared off where it ends and the ball is seen. These others are rounded and flared at the ball.
