Folks - what sort of events and activities do you want to see at SPEED BAG III this year? Last year we did a silent auction for a local charity. Any ideas on what we want to pursue this year?

It's official, Rock Steady Boxing will be the beneficiary of our silent auction this year. Their executive director, Joyce Johnson sent me this invite to our speed bag community today:

"We are having a Food Truck Festival Fundraiser on June 24 at our gym in Indianapolis. We would like to invite one or more of your speed baggers to do a demonstration and promote your event in July. I've attached our invitation to the Food Truck event.
