Looks like the cleto Reyes to me

That same website sells cleto bags.

Looking at a cleto pic up close and the pro bag up close they are similarities but also some noticeable differences. The biggest difference is the "made in" tag. All the PRO brand tags say "made in USA" and the Cletos say "Hecho en Mexico" ( Made in Mexico. )
