HI EVERYONE!
Been lurking for a long time, Im Tj & 25 from Anaheim, CA. finally decided to join in on the action I've watched from the sidelines for a while.I remember being amazed by the speed bag as a child, years later I knew I was in love before my first speed bag even arrived..a couple days ago I hit the bag for the first time & plan on using skipping rope & a variety of other cardio exercises to clean my lifestyle up! [the boozing & poor diet]
I plan to do some youtube reviews on everything I buy that I couldnt find a review on & to track my progress. Want to say you guys are awesome, I have learned so much so quickly from this forum & will take in any advise & knowledge I can get.

Thanks everyone! MsDeville your vids really helped me & you are inspiring my girlfriend! This first week I've drum with the SB Bible a little every day. Gonna post a vid of my progress and my setup today or tomorrow for sure! Thanks for the love everyone, I'm a bagger for life now!

is this alan? wow what a pleasure! in the first 15 minutes of the sb bible i learned a lot! dont worry about the avatar i would never hit with jewelry..i had a small standoff with my brother in law because he couldnt understand why i wouldnt let him hit my new leather bag with his arm cast on..he argued "but i cant hit with me left hand" i said thats too bad i can teach you..and this guy is 350+ pounds so i know hitting the bag has given me some confidence

Yep, that am me. Very glad it's helping you.

arm casts aren't recommended for speed bagging, but if it hits "easy" then the bag might not care. Best for him to wait until it's off.
