Which some of us hit at the Speed bag gathering in 2010 when Deano brought one over with him From Australia. Actually a pretty good swivel.

i have the D-swivel. It was actually hooked up to a vert board for most of speedbag II. Other than that I havn't really used it. I was actually hoping the swivel would be smaller so the bag would hang higher and be faster. The swivel doesn't seem bad to me. i think a ball hook or a metal chain link has a little bit more accurate rebound though.

The one thing I can say about it, when you put a speed bag on it you should put superglue in the threads of the bolts or else it will come undone. Idk how difficult its gonna be to put another speedbag on it now.
