    New Member needs advice

I want to get a speed bag set up and not sure what to do. I dont really have a wall to put my speed bag up on and dont want a free standing one. Im not really sure how i can rig one up.

    any advice would be great.

    Thanks in advance!

that is very similiar to the I-BOX adjustable system, and everyone I know that has one of them loves it.

I think it will hit very solid for you.

          sounds good!

i didnt want an adjustable one because i dont really find a need to adjust it...

unless there is another reason for the adjustment besides multiple users?

          another question:

what kind of speed bag should a beginner get?
should i look for a certain type of swivel?

It's nice to be able to adjust the platform for different size bags.
