Yea, thats exactly what it is. i watched a video on how to make one on you tube its titled "Boxing Speed bag Platform everlast title homemade" it inspired me to make mine. I think the music was what sold me, lol. i didnt even plan it, i just woke up early the day after watching the video and got to it.
