Howdy Heppsan... Great stuff... great baggin...
I will be in Sweden at the Sweden Rock fest with Whitesnake this June..
I hope to have a "speed bag truck" with me on this tour ...
Last time in Europe with Foreigner, I went without bagging for 6 weeks...
I intend on that NOT happening this summer...
If you are around, I'll get ya in the show... and hopefully I'll have my speed bag world together!
    BAG ON!

      Thank you very much!

Cool! I don't know the schedule for the summer yet, but if i'm free you can count me in.
I actually live only 6 swedish miles (37 us miles) from the Rock festival.

I haven't been on a festival since 2003, so it would be fun.

            It is Heavy Grips.
I have those also. 150, 200, 250 and 300. Very good for the price and challenging! I found a ClaY Edgin workout that I had been trying and a Lee Hayward workout. I can almost get the 300 closed! The 250 amybe 3 reps.

Cool! I also have the 100 for high rep and heating.

Not bad, it was a time ago since i tried them.
Have worked more on reversed curls for the moment.

But I think I've closed 250 one time when i tryed.
