    My homemade speed bag platform.

    Hello from Sweden!

    I'm new at the forum.
    Haven't been speed bagin for so long, but trying to make time to hit it after my regular strenght training.


    And this is what I am hitting on..

    So good to see you here on the forum. I subscribe to your You Tube videos and am constantly amazed at your unique workouts.

    Great video of your homemade platform. It looks great. Do you get any vibration when punching?

          Welcome to the forums. Thanks for posting details on how you made the platform. Ceiling mounts are the most stable platform. I like how you linked to the punching video as well.

                  Welcome to the forum! I also checked out your video "Testing New Homemade Platform & Swivel". Looks like a tight set up. Solid baggin and great job on the elbows thrown in to that session! You've come to a great place to improve your workouts with the speed bag! These forum baggers have helped me a ton! IMO this is the most fun way to get a work out. Punch drumming (hitting to music), is even better! I hope you give that a shot too.
