just hooked up with a guy that owns The Fitness Outlet Store here, he was like ya I can donate a Gift Certificate for the event. I was telling him this isn't your average Speed Bagging, he says I know I can do a lot of that stuff back in 1996 I met a guy at a wholesale show that wrote The Speed Bag Bible I stood there , and he taught all that stuff. "How Cool!" Right! He says he's been so busy with his business, that he got away from it. Hopefullt The St. Louis Speed Bag Convention will bring him back.

thanks for the props, Sparrky, however the "gift of speedbagging" has a much longer history than myself. Some of the most incredible baggers demonstrated their skills before and during the Vaudeville era. Don't forget our own showtime Johnny Pal, punching for prisoners, and others that demonstrated the bag long before Youtube. I'm (actually, WE) are just part of a long line of Bag fans passing it on from generation to generation. This next generation has already taken it to the next level, and it's getting Scary!
