Just curious what size bag you think provides you with the best workout? The smaller bag, move faster but offer less resistance. Hitting the larger bag, you're not moving as fast, but perhaps expending more effort to get it going. What are your thoughts?
What size bag provides the "best" workout?

Asking what size bag provides the best workout is kinda like asking which weight lifting system provides the best workout: Heavy weight, low rep or light weight high rep. Or which workout system works best, 5-day double split of 3 day push pull, or upper body/lower body split, Chest and shoulders or chest and Arms, etc. I think the best workout, on bags or weights, is to analyze what you want -your goals for using the weights or bags, and chosing the right bag and workout for your goal. I don't think there is any single answer because I find my punching routine will sync to whatever size bag I'm using. I seem to find an automatic "right speed" for that bag. Here is a guide I found for "focused workouts". You can adjust the bag size for workout variety.Originally posted by Bruce View PostJust curious what size bag you think provides you with the best workout?
