I like to make a shout out to all of you speedbaggers that signed my speedbag platform...it has reinspired me and am hitting the bag everyday and longer... Oh, this is great news! (I'm already saving my pennies for next year's gathering!) It will be great to meet "Zach's Mom." And, like Bif says, it will be really cool to see the whole family there next year. Especially little Olivia and her Mommy! The Countdown is on for her arrival in early August...

Speaking of little ones...
My 3-year-old granddaughter, Ella watches my videos and when I saw her at our 4th of July gathering, her eyes lit up when her daddy told me that she wants to "bag with Grammy D!" Then she proceeded to demonstrate how she "air punches the bag."
